@Shilpa Sammy first things first, the issue that the film addressed in an individual concern and not a family issue, so it is unfair to give it Best Film on Family Welfare. Secondly, there are other issues in India over Dyslexia which is more important. Issues like malnutrition, dowry deaths, poverty or overpopulation needs to be given more importance. Every year lots of art films and documentaries are made on social issues but very few get awards. Guess Tare Zamin Par got the award more for the Amir Khan effect rather than the script or story.
